Out at Sea - Sue

I've been looking through some photos and found some I've not posted before.  This card is from Sue and we did have the lighthouse in a project club set from a couple of years ago.  Now the lighthouse is available on the website along with three text stamps and a rope and anchor stamp ...here.

Class Card - March 2015

Good afternoon everyone, just to let you know we are all still here.  Really really busy though, it looks like we're not doing anything these days but behind the scenes you'd be surprised, we are not complaining though.  We do have some new stamps coming soon, I for one can't wait to get them and do some samples.

I'd like to also say a big thank you for the positive feedback we've had recently about our project club, Nina really does work had at her designs.  Also a thank you for the requests for future project club sets, some of them have been added to the list, we really do like it when our members and customers have some input.  

Getting to the card for this month.  I've posted one I did to show in class and the other one I made while there.  The different backgrounds really do make a difference, I used some of the Vintage Rose Paper Pack from Craftwork Cards.  This month I thought we'd use the Distress Inks to do a bit of watercolor on the stamped images.  We also did some paper weaving to make the basket.  The stamps are from the February project club set.

Class Card - February 2015

This is our February card using the project club stamp set from January and the complimentary stamp, which this month is the engagement ring.  We used paper scraps and heat embossed with silver embossing powder to make this card, adding some card candi and a pearl gem for the ring.  I really do enjoy this class the ladies who attend are lovely and we have a right good natter about what's new, crafting on TV, what craft show is on, who's tried what new product, where to buy and we all share hints and tips.  Thank you ladies J

Project Club - February 2015

This month's project club stamps have the theme of Mother's Day but wait until you see what Sue has made with them.  The set comprises of a lovely fern and roses main stamp, some roses and a fern as separate stamps, there is also three sentiments and one Mother's Day swirl.
